Quantious was founded as Kelley Green Consulting, Inc. In 2007. Our founder, Lisa Larson-Kelley, has spent the last decade immersed in emerging technologies — first as a developer herself, and then a trainer and marketer. She knows how to tell complicated stories, simply, and has built a team of like-minded, curious, and talented people.

Quantious is proud to announce national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women President's Educational Organization, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

LISA LARSON-KELLEY
PRESIDENT & CEO

Lisa Larson-Kelley is the founder and CEO of Quantious. Over the past decade, she has grown the company from a small two-person enterprise into a sought-after boutique marketing services agency. With her extensive background in programming and design, Lisa brings a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem and is able to successfully bridge the gap between tech-talk and marketing-speak.  

Lisa is an online-video industry veteran, published author, and a certified expert in emerging technologies. Her varied background includes a BA in Graphic Design from Wayne State University in her native Detroit, and is a proud alumni of the RISD/Fraunhofer International Certificate Program in New Media.

She is a passionate trainer and avid speaker at technology and marketing conferences worldwide. Her Youtube channel, Brain Snacks, publishes bite-sized learning tutorials. With a knack for taking complex concepts and making them accessible, it is her passion to empower people through technology. Lisa has executed complex digital marketing strategies for the likes of Facebook, Google, Adobe, and Microsoft, as well as many video-centric startups. Staying plugged in to the latest advancements, her agency is well versed in the latest in artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) and how we can use technology’s power for good.

Lisa enjoys nature, meditation, and geeking out with her pre-teen. She resides with her family in Nyack, NY.

TOM KELLEY
COACHING & LEADERSHIP

Tom Kelley is a former Marine, a professional life coach, and Chief Resilience Officer (CRO) of Quantious. Tom specializes in employee engagement and team building for the Quantious team, working across departments and with clients to maximize compassion, communication, and humanity in the workplace.

Tom's background includes a thorough and valuable collection of integrative life coaching experience. Tom served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. for several years, then utilized the leadership skills and discipline gained in the military to forge a successful career in media sales. He managed national account teams and drove revenue for major TV stations and websites such as the Paramount Television Network and Ask.com. 

Following a life-threatening illness and ensuing successful bone marrow transplant, he has studied eastern and indigenous healing on trips to India and Ecuador. Tom then trained for five years to become a certified Compassionate Integration Counselor, and is schooled in the transformational impact of diet, having graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York with a Certificate in Health Coaching. 

For more than a decade he has facilitated personal transformational groups, workshops on employee/team engagement in corporate settings, and lead prison programs focused on “personal awareness” and “alternatives to violence.” 

Tom enjoys drumming, staying active, and spending time with his family. He resides in Nyack, NY with his wife, child, and loyal dog, Frankie.

KATIE BROWN
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Katie Brown joined the Quantious team as Chief Operating Officer in 2022. She brings nearly 15 years of experience in Operations, Project Management and Business Development. Katie is a compassionate leader with a proven track record for driving results by providing for her teams first and foremost. As COO, Katie is responsible for overseeing and integrating all disciplines, financial forecasting and management, and streamlining processes to foster focus and delivery for our teams and clients. 

Prior to joining Quantious, Katie was the VP, Operations at space150 where she was responsible for agency and client operations. She also has extensive background managing highly complex, fast-paced national campaigns and experiential projects for some of the most recognizable brands in the world, including Coca-Cola, Buffalo Wild Wings, Forever 21, WPEngine, and General Mills. She’s even earned x2 patents in her career, no big deal! Katie received her BA in Journalism from the University of Minnesota.

Katie’s favorite past-time is spending time in her backyard “Oasis” with family and friends. She resides in Maple Grove, MN with her husband and dog.

MARTINA BENEDICT
PROGRAM LEAD

For nearly a decade, Martina has tackled some of the most intricate marketing projects at Quantious as the Senior Marketing Producer. Now, as Program Lead, she drives client success by coordinating marketing production efforts according to their desired goals. Managing a variety of projects, Martina’s work covers email marketing, copywriting and editing, competitive research, go to market campaigns, and more.

Martina is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo, where she double-majored in Communication and Spanish. To further her studies, she worked as an intern for "The Rachael Ray Show," and she spent a semester living abroad in Spain.

Martina lives in the Hudson Valley region of New York with her husband. In her free time, she can be found visiting with family and friends, traveling, reading, hiking, or spending time outdoors.

JESSICA BELTRAN
MARKETING PRODUCER

Jessica started her journey with Quantious at the start of 2021, stepping into the role of Marketing Producer. Equipped with a versatile background in digital marketing, she brings a creative approach to research, copywriting, strategy, SEO, and project management. Jessica proudly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, complemented by a Certificate in Public and Professional Writing from the University of Central Florida. Driven by a desire for continuous improvement, she actively seeks out professional development opportunities, acquiring new skills and refining existing ones to contribute valuable knowledge and expertise to the team.

In her downtime, you can find Jessica checking out the latest culinary hotspots, engaging in her Pilates routine, or hanging out on a boat with her loved ones. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and going on road trips to explore the great outdoors.

LIZ COVERT
PROGRAM LEAD

Liz started with Quantious in late 2020 as Project Manager, with over 15 years of experience producing creative advertising and marketing campaigns for industry-leading brands. As Program Lead, she now manages projects including A/V, print, digital development, and more. She obtained a BA in Communications from the University of Maine, is certified in Broadcasting from New England School of Communications, and Documentary Filmmaking from San Francisco Film School. 

Outside of work Liz enjoys movies (especially documentaries), crocheting, cooking, and yoga. She is curious about her ancestry, and is currently combining this passion with her love of film-making to produce a documentary about her ancestors, the Acadians.

MAGGIE JOHNSTON
MARKETING PRODUCER

Maggie joined the Quantious team as Associate Marketing Producer in early 2021. As a sharp-eyed creative writer and copy editor, she specializes in email marketing, digital asset project management, critical research and reporting. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance (BA) with a minor in Marketing from the College of New Jersey, and is Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certified. 

In her down time Maggie enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, online shopping, and traveling. As a life-long pescatarian based in San Diego, she hopes to eventually relocate to the Netherlands for its breathtaking scenery, old-world languages, and exquisite seafood feasts.

SHAMARA PHILLIPS
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Shamara joined Quantious as Administrative Assistant in 2020 after graduating college. As Operations Assistant she uplifts the team by supporting daily operations, IT, social media, and privacy compliance. Shamara obtained her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Finance from Howard University, where she was comptroller for her business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi. 

At night, Shamara takes off her assistant hat and becomes a taxi driver for the residents of New York and New Jersey. When she is not working, Shamara enjoys hanging out in NYC with her childhood friends, binge watching TV shows online, and listening to a variety of music.

Aaron Pendland

AARON PENDLAND
LEAD GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Aaron is our Lead Designer, overseeing creative direction, coordination and brand management with our team of production specialists. He has a broad work history to draw upon that has touched all aspects of the marketing industry, as well as 15+ years in digital marketing specifically. He has designed and illustrated best selling books, art directed major retail campaigns, and has created interactive media, web properties and motion graphics for Fortune 500 companies, and is driven to learn and employ the latest proven tools to maintain efficient but exploratory work for all the technical and creative challenges the industry provides.

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys composing music, making things with wood, and staring at that big white canvas in the studio. Someday...

RICK ESPOSITO
PROGRAM LEAD

Rick joined Quantious in early 2022 as Project Manager. He brings over a decade of executive-marketing direction and project management experience to the company, focusing on workflow processes, efficiency, and strategic planning to support the programs teams. He obtained his Associates in Communication from Middlesex Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Charleston Southern University.In Rick’s free time he likes to watch movies, F1 racing, and play golf. He is a 4 time Emmy-Award-winning video editor, a photographer featured by Nikon, and an automobile enthusiast. On the weekends you can find Rick baking New Haven style pizzas for his local community in South Carolina, or on the beach with his family.

PIA MITCHELL
ASSOCIATE MARKETING PRODUCER

Pia joined the Quantious team as an Associate Marketing Producer in late 2022. With a background in public relations, she has a knack for copywriting, partnership management, influencer activation, research, reporting and project management. She earned her BA in Communications & Minor in Marketing from The College of New Jersey. 

Pia spends her free time traveling, seeing live music, and watching movies. She enjoys cooking and baking using fresh, local ingredients. Her pet rabbit, Smudge, often acts as sous chef. 

ROSA AYYAD
MARKETING PRODUCER

Rosa was welcomed into the agency in the summer of 2021 as Marketing Producer. With 15 years of experience executing marketing campaigns and analysis, Rosa supports Quantious and its partners with event campaigns, creative design development, research and case studies. She received her BBA in Marketing from Texas State University. 

As an Austin, Texas nature lover, Rosa enjoys volunteering to help wildlife in her community. She has made a hobby of documenting wildlife, especially deer, and spends time with her two house-trained rabbits that she rescued almost a decade ago.

KANI SORN SINPRASERT
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Kanisorn joined the agency as Operations Assistant. With a background in operations she brings skilled precision, organization, and creativity to Quantious by supporting daily operations, special projects, and processing onboarding and payment for independent Artists. She holds a BFA in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute. 

In her downtime, Kanisorn likes to bake cakes and explore new eateries. She loves to spend her free time traveling and exploring different museums, and spends her days spoiling her pet rabbit.
